NDTV, India’s top broadcasters have announced the awards like every year and have come up with the awardees list of the successful people in various fields. NDTV honors them with ‘Indian of the Year’ award.

Superstar Rajinikanth got the prestigious NDTV Entertainer of the Decade award at a function held on February 15 evening at Taj Palace, in New Delhi. The jury has selected Rajini for the award as his latest film Endhiran was super successful and his performance is also considered as the main factor. Our super star has landed in Delhi yesterday and has received the award from Union Minister of Home Affairs, P Chidambaram. Apart from Rajinikanth, Trisha too was awarded with the Southern Star of the Year Award.

The blockbuster movie ‘Endhiran‘ is getting into controversies. This mega budgeted movie has completed 50 days after release. Shankar’s ‘Endhiran’ is receiving many complaints day by day. Before two months, two writers claimed that the story of ‘Endhiran’ was copied from the books written by them.

The latest news is that Mr.M V Vijay Kumar, a professor in New Horizon College of Engineering has raised a protest against the ‘Robot’ movie, stating that the ability of robot and its technicalities were published by him in a UK website. He has issued notices to Sun pictures Kalanidhi Maran and Director Shankar in order to get his compensation.
