‘Vettai Mannan’ an upcoming movie written and directed by Nelson. This movie has Simbu in the lead role and actor Jai appearing in a significant role. ‘Vettai Mannan’ is produced by S. S. Chakravarthy of NIC Arts. This movie is simultaneously made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. Music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. ‘Vettai Mannan’ is an action entertainer movie.

We can expect this movie to release in 2011.

DMK chief M Karunanidhi’s grandson and Union Cabinet Minister Alagiri’s son’s wedding took place in a grand manner at Madurai. Durai Dayanidhi entered wedlock with Anusha, the daughter of an advocate P.S.Seetharaman. The marriage which held on 18/11/2010 was attended by many celebrities. The star studded wedding had VIPs like our Superstar Rajinikanth, Kamal Haa­san, Ajith, Madhavan, Suriya, Simbu, Karthi. Officials from ministry included, Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee and home minister P Chidambaram.

The already busy Silambarasan with ‘Vaanam’ and ‘Podaa Podi’ is becoming more busy with the upcoming movie ‘ Vettai Mannan’. It’s a pure action oriented movie, directed by his long time friend Nelson and it is produced by S S Chakravarthy of NIC Arts.

Silambarasan said that it has been a very long time since he acted in an action subject and he is very happy to work with Nelson after ‘Manmadhan’. He further adds that the title of this movie has a great value, for it has Mannan in it – a yesteryear Rajinikanth’s film title. After long discussions to have Vettaiyan to Vettai Raja as the title the team has finalized ‘Vettai Mannan’. We have got an exclusive ‘Vettai Mannan’ movie poster for our Filmmy users.

It is well known that Director Krish’s ‘Vaanam’ is a multi-starrer movie with Simbu and Bharath in the lead roles. The shooting of this movie is in its final stage. At this stage it has become a difficult job for the director to book the dates of the actors as the climax has all five characters. It seems that only a few scenes and the climax are yet to be filmed.

Music for this movie is done by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Both Simbu and Yuvan will be releasing a single track for promotional purpose on October 15. The producer of ‘Vaanam’, VTV Ganesh has planned the premiere of the movie in London. We can expect this movie to be released during the last week or by first week of December. Little superstar Simbu has started working with his pet project ‘Vaaliban’. Even though he is busy with ‘Pooda Podi’ shooting in London, he has started working on ‘Vaaliban’ too. He is keenly discussing about the movie by inviting all the people involved in the script of the film to London.The story of ‘Vaaliban’ is about the second love of a man who failed in his first. Sources also say that the film has shades of Simbu-Nayantara whose affair was much talked about a few years ago.

In the meantime, Simbu will fly to Chennai for 20-day work to finish the movie ‘Vaanam’. After completing this, again he will move back to London for ‘Podaa Podi’ and to finish the scripting of ‘Vaaliban’.
