Simbu’s ‘Vaanam’ hits the theatres today. Its a story of five different characters. cable Raja(Simbu) wants to live a luxurious life by marrying a rich girl. He lives in a slum area where even basic needs of life is not affordable. He has chosen a rich girl Pooja (Jasmine). Saroja(Anushka) a sex worker wants to leave from the brother and wish to live a new life. Bharath Chakravart(Bharath) wants to become a great star, work hard to achieve his goal with the help of his friends. Prakash Raj and his wife Zara (Sonia) set apart for being a Muslim, so they decide to go to Dubai and start a life. Saranya Ponvannan is struggling to get funds for her son studies and facing some problems to clear the debts. Due to various conditions all of them land up in a Hospital. The climax reveals how all these stories mix up with each other and the solution for all problems…

All the five characters have performed well. Simbu rocks in his performance. His acting is mind blowing and he has impressed the audience with his performance. Bharath has done a good job though his role is limited when compared to Simbu. Anushka is striking in her performance as a sex worker and cant be replaced by anyone. Well done Anushka!. Hats off to the director for bringing all the five stories together and making an interesting climax. Director Krish has done a fantabulous screenply. Dialogues are very heart touching and it is the major plus for the movie. Music by Yuvan is outstanding, all the songs in the movie rocks. The visual effects in the movie lifts the song well.Cinematography by Nirav Shah and Editing by Anthony Gonsalves is Superb. Each and every scene in the second half of the movie is very interesing and increases the audience to expect what is going to happen next.It is a good movie to watch by everyone as it touched every facet of life be it religious conviction or money or relation. Simbu and Anushka are appreciated for doing such a role and overall ‘Vaanam’ has come out well and no doubt it will be a ‘Superhit’ movie. Hearty Congratulations for the entire team of ‘Vaanam’.

The producer-actor Ganesh of VTV Productions hosted the audio launch of ‘Vaanam’ movie at Hotel Residency Towers in Chennai last evening (March 21, 2011). Director Vetrimaaran launched the audio. Silambarasan, Bharath, Anushka, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, Saranya and others were present at the function.

‘Vaanam’ movie audio launch function has been postponed due to some reasons. The producer of ‘Vaanam’ Mr. Ganesh had earlier planned to release audio launch in London on October 18th (today). Now he is revising the release of the music launch on some other date. Sources say that he is trying to make the audio launch function as a very big event with A.R. Rahman attending this function.

Little Superstar Simbu has agreed to be there in London for this function. Producer Ganesh want to make this movie as one of the biggest hits of the year. This movie is directed by Krish. ‘Vaanam’ has many stars such as Silambarasan, Bharath, Prakash Raj, Anushka, Sonia Agarwal and Vega in the lead roles. The music for this movie is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

It is well known that Director Krish’s ‘Vaanam’ is a multi-starrer movie with Simbu and Bharath in the lead roles. The shooting of this movie is in its final stage. At this stage it has become a difficult job for the director to book the dates of the actors as the climax has all five characters. It seems that only a few scenes and the climax are yet to be filmed.

Music for this movie is done by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Both Simbu and Yuvan will be releasing a single track for promotional purpose on October 15. The producer of ‘Vaanam’, VTV Ganesh has planned the premiere of the movie in London. We can expect this movie to be released during the last week or by first week of December.
