The big-budgeted movie ‘Adhavan’ starring Suriya and Nayantara in lead role is on the move. The movie crew has started the shooting and the team shot in different beautiful locales in India. The movie ‘Adhavan’ is produced by Red Giant Movies, Udhyanidhi Stalin. The highlight of the movie is that yesteryear’s beauty queen Saroja Devi has got a prominent role in the movie. The other cast in the movie includes Vadivelu, Murali, FEFSI Vijayan, and Ramesh Khanna.

For the shooting of the movie ‘Adhavan’ majestic set was erected in AVM Studios and a song sequence featuring Suriya and Nayantara was shot. The team which started its shooting in Chennai relocated to Chettinadu Palace where a grand song was shot with many artists. The song was penned by Valli and was choreographed by Gayathri Raghuram. Along with the lead pair, Saroja Devi and Murali participated in the shooting of another song sequence in Darjeeling.

Now the crew will be flying to Iceland to picture a beautiful song ‘Yeno Yeno Panithuli’ penned by Thamarai. This will be the first time ever that a Tamil movie is shot in Iceland.
