Director Hari who has given super hit movies like ‘Aaru’ and ‘Vel’ is to direct Suriya in his upcoming movie. The movie named ‘Singam’ will be the 25th movie of Suriya. After ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ Suriya will be playing a role of a cop. This will be director Hari’s second venture with the cop story after the block buster hit ‘Saamy’. The success quotient between Suriya and Hari is high and we can expect the movie ‘Singam’ to have a super cop as Anbu Selvan. It is expected that Suriya will be starting this movie once he completes his current project ‘Aadhavan’.
Prakash Raj will be seen in a prominent role in ‘Singam’ and ‘Arundhathi’ fame Anushka will be playing the female lead opposite Suriya. The technical crew of the movie is finalized and VT Vijayan will be handling the editing work and Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music for the movie. Priyan is the man behind the camera and the movie is produced by Gjanavel of Studio Green.
