Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam starring Rahul Bose, Mallika Sherawat, Paresh Rawal and Kay Kay Menon is directed by Sanjay Chhel. Maan Gaye Maughal-E-Azam is a mad, fashionable comedy. The movie is about how a small town drama company that gets involved in a deadly mission to save the country. Arjun (Rahul Bose) plays the role of a secret agent who is sent to St. Louise to seize the RDX.
During his leisure time, Arjun watches theater plays made by Kalakar Theatre Company. The gorgeous Mallika Sherawat is the lead actress of the theater group and Arjun falls in love with her.
The movie takes audience on a crazy ride that begins when the entire drama company plans a game to get into the act of saving the entire country from a blast. The multiple roles in disguise, the characters make you go crazy and eventually save the nation from the big bomb blast in a hilarious slapstick climax.
Kay Kay Menon too plays an important part in the film. Director Chhel using the right ratio of romance, comedy and thrill has made the film a complete entertainer. Especially when it has Rahul and Mallika, who have shared great chemistry in the movie “Pyaar Ke Side Effects”.
