Jayam Kondaan from Sathyajothi Films is a movie based on sentiments. Jayam Kondaan is directed by R.Kannan. The cast of the movie include Vinay, Bhavana, debutant Lekha Washington, Vivek, Santhanam, VMC Haneefa, ‘5 Star’ fame Krishna, Devan, Thalaivasal Vijay, Vasundra and others. Jayam Kondaan story has some similarities with Agni Natchathiram but not to the fullest. The movie has the right balance of love, action, emotions and comedy in it.
Arjun (Vinay) is young smart guy who works in London. Arjun returns to India (Chennai) to start his own business after his father’s death. Arjun is very happy to start his new business with his friends as he felt the life in London. Arjun plans to utilize the money he has sent his father in the past few years. Meanwhile Arjun comes to know that his father had a second wife (Malavika) and a daughter (Lekha Washington).

Arjun’s father had a house in Thirumanglam at Madurai in which Nizhalgal Ravi and his daughter Bhavana lives. Arjun plans to sell the house so that he could start business with that amount. In meantime his sister Lekha employs a local gangster (Kishore) to stop her brother from selling the place.
Lekha does not want her brother to sell the property instead she wants to sell the property so that she could use the money for her education in the U S. Meantime, a small fight between Guna and Arjun result in the death of Guna’s Wife (Vasundhra) and the local gangster Guna feels that his wife died because of Arjun and he is all set to take revenge.
Finally, the character marches up with a message saying that violence does not result in good but one with patience will win in life. The background music for Jayam Kondaan is by Music Director Vidhyasagar. Balasubramaniam is the man behind the camera and the dialogues for the movie is written by Pattukottai Prabhakaran.
