Narain is paying a great deal of concentration in choosing good hero roles. After the success of ‘Anjathey,’ he’s not accepting offers right, left and centre, but being choosy and his most recent choice is ‘Pandhayakozhi’ produced by a new company called Future Films.
Pooja will play the lead role in the film. The other cast of the movie are YMCA Haneefa, Rami Reddy, Ramya Nambeesan. The story screenplay and direction is by M A Venu. Kanal Kannan seems to have a passion for Kozhi films. He did the stunts for ‘Sandakozhi’ and now for ‘Pandhayakozhi.
The movie is about the love between mother and son and how the son’s only aspire is to fight back and fulfill his mother’s promise. The director feels the cocktail of action and romance will appeal to youngsters.
The shooting will take place in Pollachi, Udumalet and Pazhani because the story takes place in a village.
The debutant music director Alex Paul has composed the background music for the film. The lyrics for the songs are written by Jayantha. Four songs are sung by Prasanna, Rahul Nambiar, Navin, Binny Krishnamurthy and Saindavi.
For the first time Pooja wears a nose ring and looks more gorgeous than ever and Narain is the young handsome here who falls in love with her.
