‘Kuselan’ is directed by P. Vasu and Seven Arts are jointly producing the film in Tamil. The film is a remake of Malayalam super hit film ‘Katha Parayumbol’. ‘Kuselan’ is bilingual film which is being made in both Tamil and Telugu. Actress Ileana was approached to play the heroine role opposite the Superstar Rajinikanth as the director thought that she would suit the role in both the languages.
The sources say that Ileana was not satisfied and she has refused the offer. So the director approached Nayantara to act in the film and asked her for the call sheet.
