Simran HIV patient!

Simran returned to acting after long gap. She was offered a chance in Malayalam film ‘Heart Beats’ which now seems to be in trouble. Simran was narrated a story which was completely different from the scenes which were shot. She was told that her character in the film is of a mysterious woman. But it was shot as an HIV patient which she was not aware of. She agreed to cast the role only because it was very good. As soon as she realized from her friends that there was something wrong she discontinued the work.
Simran is now planning to file a petition against the producer. However, the producer who has also penned the story said that the story of the film is different from the story that he has penned.
When the producer enquired the director about the change in dialogues, he said that he required the powerful dialogues and so he has chopped off the scenes which were not so important. Will this issue be resolved???
