Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio is said to have topped the list of most powerful people who plays a vital part to shape the world. Name of the actor Leonardo DiCaprio will appear in the Time Magazine today.
His name will be accompanied by TV host Rosie O’Donnell, comedian Sacha Baron and Queen Elizabeth II. The list has 71 men and 29 women and a separate list of 14 members as power givers. The power givers list includes Angelina Jolie, Bill Gates, Melinda Gates, Queen Rania al-Abdullah of Jordan.
