The Jaipur High Court has issued arrest warrants to Richard Gere and Shilpa Shetty for the kissing in public place which comes under act of obscenity. As per the reports of lawyer Alpana Podda, there is not any clear information for this case. This is not a planned act and the organizers of the show have not been provide any warrants as this is incidental and the organizers didn’t plan before.
Actually Richard Gere and Shilpa while campaigning together against AIDS, Richard had kissed Shilpa several times in her cheek. Actually this is a natural way of expressing happiness. But it was not accepted in public place and for this Jaipur court has issued arrest warrants to Shilpa Shetty and Richard Gere which is on the basis of Jaipur resident Poonam Chand Bhandari. The media has been involved more in promoting the controversial news.
